We integrated into Oxfam’s team to manage all VIP invitations and table sales to ensure key supporters attended the event.

Liaised with all stakeholders on the guest list and coordinated auction prizes and fundraising activations pre-event. On the night team urban managed all guest arrivals and seating plans. Together with Christie’s, we managed the auction, which included money-can’t-buy prizes plus some on-the-night celebrity donations including Colin Firth’s suit!
