Project Overview
- RSVP Management
- Event Concept Creation and Design
- Design Management
- Venue Management
- Sponsorship Activations
Every year for five years, we came up with a theme (Prohibition, Wicked Affair, Burden of Proof) and ensured the venue was dressed to the nines. We organized the MC, 3 different types of entertainment, fun activations like photobooths and brand sponsorships. We created a bespoke app for guests to vote in real time for certain award categories while working with the AV team to display the results live keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. We orchestrated silent and live auctions to raise money for the Pro Bono programme, something close to the hearts of the legal community and an essential part of the ceremony.
